a) Punctuality
Please ensure you make it on time for your appointment.

b) Cancellation
Please note that you are not able to cancel your appointment once booked. You can, however, rearrange. Please email us on [email protected] to rearrange your appointment.
Please note this is a PCR test. Our admin team will be there to provide you with telephonic support but they are not clinical. If you need to see a clinician, then you need to book a separate appointment.

c) Results
You will receive the results via email within 24-72 hours.
